Who else wants to study Feng Shui Online?

world-wide-webMany, many, many people.

Delivering Feng Shui Online is the common status quo these days. Save the travelling money and time to and from a school and simply do it all online.

According to many of the respondents writing in, most people would much rather be able to learn feng shui online for the above reason and also to allow for the flexibility of doing it whenever they wish.

The reasons are quite appropriate. Even with the large learning population of feng shui. The main problem is the distance between venues. Imagine having to travel all the way to say Singapore or Malaysia or Hong Kong to learn feng shui live from an expert.

However, there is another problem that stems from learning feng shui online.

The lack of the experiential aspect of learning is a problem. That taste, touch, smell, feel, show and tell components are missing. But that can actually be overcome in a significant part with a more experiential form of online learning.

A Social Online site can be useful in imparting real time experience with live calls, videos, and multiple interactions with members and teachers. On top of that, such sites can record and display the tutorials for members to use repeatedly. We can now cater to those who requires to learn at their own pace and own time.

One drawback for the organizer of a Social site is the time and expense required. It is a huge undertaking and very expensive to maintain.

Thus a Paid Membership Site is the answer. The problem will then be how much to charge?

The organizer could charge up to $200 a month per person just to maintain it because of the technical maintenance, content writers and moderators required.

Alternatively to reduce the cost of maintaining a Feng Shui Membership Site, members themselves can help with the moderation and some technical and content input. This will free up the organizer to focus on the course itself. The course price reduction can be significant. Perhaps between $60 to $70 per person per month.

In contrast, live courses can run anywhere between $100 a week over 6 months or a special 2 week crash course costing up to $10,000.

Beautifully written! One of the best articles so farThis reminds me of the importance of not rushing through things in the belief that you?ll see more. Going slow is far better, also sometimes going by train is far better than flying, cycling than walking, and then better to walk than cycle.. So many emotions :)
